भीष्म-पर्व अध्याय १०० — त्रिगर्त-आक्रमण, भीष्म-केन्द्रित पुनर्संयोजन, तथा शक्त्यस्त्र-विनिमय
त॑ प्रयान्तं नरव्याप्र॑ भीष्मस्य शिबिरं प्रति । अनुजममुर्महेष्वासा: सर्वलोकस्य धन्विन:
taṁ prayāntaṁ naravyāghra bhīṣmasya śibiraṁ prati | anujagmāmaheṣvāsāḥ sarvalokasya dhanvinaḥ ||
Sinabi ni Karna: “Nang ang tigre sa mga tao ay tumulak patungo sa kampo ni Bhishma, kami—mga makapangyarihang mamamana, bantog bilang mga dalubhasa sa busog sa buong daigdig—ay sumunod sa kanya.”
