Āśvamedhika Parva, Adhyāya 77 — Saindhava resistance, Arjuna’s restraint, and Duḥśalā’s supplication
ततः पर्जन्यवत् सर्वे शरवृष्टीरवासृजन् । तै: कीर्ण: शुशुभे पार्थो रविरमेघान्तरे यथा
tataḥ parjanyavat sarve śaravṛṣṭīr avāsṛjan | taiḥ kīrṇaḥ śuśubhe pārtho ravir ameghāntare yathā ||
Pagkaraan, tulad ng mga ulap na may dalang ulan, pinakawalan ng lahat ng mandirigma ang buhos ng mga palaso. Nababalutan at napipigilan ng mga palasong iyon, si Pārtha Arjuna—anak ni Kuntī—ay nagningning na parang araw na nasisilayan sa loob ng mga ulap, hindi humihina ang liwanag sa gitna ng unos ng digmaan.
