Śrāddha-dvija-parīkṣā: Paṅkti-dūṣa and Paṅkti-pāvana (श्राद्धे द्विजपरीक्षा—पङ्क्तिदूष-पङ्क्तिपावन)
इस प्रकार श्रीमह्या भारत अनुशासनपर्वके अन्तर्गत दानधर्मपर्वमें तारकवधका उपाख्यान नामक छियासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi antargate dānadharmaparvaṇi tārakavadha-upākhyāna-nāmakaḥ ṣaḍaśītitamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
Sa gayon nagwakas ang ikawalongpu’t anim na kabanata, na pinamagatang “Ang Salaysay ng Pagpaslang kay Tāraka,” sa loob ng bahaging Dāna-dharma (Dharma ng Pagbibigay) ng Anuśāsana Parva ng banal na Mahābhārata.
