ततः प्रविश्य नगर कृत्वा पौर्वाह्निकी: क्रिया: । भुक्त्वा सभारयों रजनीमुवास स महाद्युति:

Transliteration

tataḥ praviśya nagaraṁ kṛtvā paurvāhṇikīḥ kriyāḥ | bhuktvā sabhāryo rajanīm uvāsa sa mahādyutiḥ ||

Translation

Wika ni Bhishma: Pagkaraang pumasok sa lungsod, isinagawa niya nang wasto ang mga itinakdang ritwal sa umaga. Matapos kumain kasama ang kanyang asawa, ang maningning na haring iyon ay nagpalipas ng gabi sa palasyo—taglay ang kaayusan, disiplina, at nararapat na asal sa pang-araw-araw na pamumuhay.
