रक्षाविधानं मनसा स संचिन्त्य महातपा:

rakṣāvidhānaṃ manasā sa sañcintya mahātapāḥ

Wika ni Bhishma: Matapos pag-isipan sa isip ang wastong paraan ng pag-iingat, ang dakilang asceta ay kumilos nang may maingat na paghinahon—ipinapakita na ang pagprotekta sa kapwa ay dapat gabayan ng pagninilay, disiplina, at matuwid na layon, hindi ng bugso ng damdamin.
