रुद्र-स्तवराजः (Rudra-Stavarāja) — Exempla of Śiva’s Boons and the Hymn’s Phalaśruti
स्तवमेतं प्रयत्नेन सदा रुद्रस्य संनिधौ । अब्दमेकं चरेद् भक्त: प्राप्रुयादीप्सितं फलम्
stavam etaṁ prayatnena sadā rudrasya sannidhau | abdam ekaṁ cared bhaktaḥ prāpnuyād īpsitaṁ phalam ||
Sinabi ni Vāyu: “Hayaang bigkasin ng isang deboto ang himnong ito nang may tuluy-tuloy na pagsisikap, laging sa harap ni Rudra (Śiva). Kung mapananatili niya ang panatang ito sa loob ng isang buong taon, matatamo niya ang ninanais na bunga.”
