शक्तितश्नरितं वक्ष्ये प्रसादात्‌ तस्य धीमत: । अप्राप्य तु ततो<नुज्ञां न शक्‍्यः स्तोतुमी श्वरः

Transliteration

śaktitaḥ saṅkṣiptaṁ vakṣye prasādāt tasya dhīmataḥ | aprāpya tu tato 'nujñāṁ na śakyaḥ stotum īśvaraḥ ||

Translation

Wika ni Vāyu: “Ayon sa aking munting kakayahan, maglalahad ako ng isang maikling salaysay—ng Kanyang mga gawa at ng isang himno ng pagpupuri sa Kanya—sa pamamagitan lamang ng biyaya ng marunong na Mahādeva. Ngunit kung hindi muna matatamo ang Kanyang pahintulot, hindi maaaring purihin ang Kataas-taasang Panginoon.”
