स एव व्यापृतो नित्य॑ं त्रैलोक्यस्य शुभाशुभे । इन्द्र आदि देवताओंके पास उन्हींका दिया हुआ ऐश्वर्य बताया जाता है। तीनों लोकोंके शुभाशुभ कर्मोंका फल देनेके लिये वे ही सदा तत्पर रहते हैं
sa eva vyāpṛto nityaṁ trailokyasya śubhāśubhe | indra-ādi-devatānāṁ pāsa uhnīṁkā diyā huā aiśvarya batāyā jātā hai | tīnoṁ lokōṁ ke śubhāśubha karmōṁ kā phala dene ke liye ve hī sadā tatpara rahate haiṁ |
Wika ni Vāyu: Siya lamang ang laging abala sa pamamahala ng mabuti at masama para sa tatlong daigdig. Ang kapangyarihang nakikita kay Indra at sa iba pang mga diyos ay ipinahahayag na kaloob niya. Siya ang walang humpay na nakatuon sa pamamahagi ng bunga ng mabuti at masamang gawa sa lahat ng mga daigdig.
वायुदेव उवाच
All authority and prosperity—even that of Indra and the gods—ultimately derives from the Supreme regulator, who continuously administers the moral law by awarding the fruits of auspicious and inauspicious actions across the three worlds.
Vāyudeva is explaining a theological point: the cosmic governance of results (karma-phala) is not random or merely in the hands of individual deities; rather, a higher principle/person bestows their powers and ensures that beings receive outcomes corresponding to their deeds.
