वायुदेव उवाच
That a vrata (disciplined vow) is not only an individual spiritual act but can be framed as a dharmic responsibility that safeguards and uplifts one’s household—mother and child included—linking personal restraint to social and familial welfare.
Vāyudeva, speaking to an addressed ‘you’, states that he performed the previously mentioned vow together with the listener’s mother and the child, emphasizing shared observance and the protective, sustaining role of dharmic practice within a family context.
