Shloka 13
अन्मनिं त्वं यजसे नित्यं कस्माद् ब्राह्मणमर्जुन । स हि सर्वस्य लोकस्य हव्यवाट् कि न वेत्सि तम्
agniṁ tvaṁ yajase nityaṁ kasmād brāhmaṇam arjuna | sa hi sarvasya lokasya havyavāṭ kiṁ na vetsī tam arjuna ||
“Arjuna, si Agni ay isang Brahman din. Bakit mo siya sinasamba araw-araw? Hindi mo ba siya kilala? Siya ang havyavāha—ang tagapagdala ng mga handog—para sa lahat ng daigdig.” Ipinahihiwatig ng aral na si Agni ay hindi lamang pisikal na apoy, kundi isang banal na prinsipyong pari na namamagitan sa tao at sa kaayusang maka-diyos sa pamamagitan ng yajña.
