Shloka 125

भक्तिमान्‌ यः सदोत्थाय शुचिस्तद्गतमानस: । सहसतं वासुदेवस्य नाम्नामेतत्‌ प्रकीर्तयेत्‌

bhaktimān yaḥ sadotthāya śucis tadgatamānasaḥ | sahasraṁ vāsudevasya nāmnām etat prakīrtayet ||

Wika ni Bhīṣma: Sinumang may debosyon—na palaging bumabangon sa bukang-liwayway, nagpapadalisay sa pagligo, at ang isip ay nakatuon sa Kanya—at maayos na bumibigkas ng sanlibong pangalan ni Vāsudeva, ay magkakamit ng dakilang katanyagan at dangal sa mga tao, matatamo ang matatag na kasaganaan, at mararating ang pinakamataas na kabutihan. Hindi siya dinadalaw ng takot saanman; nakakamit niya ang sigla at panloob na ningning, at nagiging malusog, maningning, malakas, kaaya-aya ang anyo, at puspos ng lahat ng kabutihang-asal.
