umovāca | deśeṣu ramaṇīyeṣu nadīnāṁ nirdariṣu ca | sravantīnāṁ nikuñjeṣu parvateṣu vaneṣu ca ||

Wika ni Umā: “O Panginoon, ang mga dakilang kaluluwang naninirahan sa gubat (vānaprastha), matatag ang isip at masinop sa mga panatang sinusunod nang may disiplina, ay nananahan sa mga kaaya-ayang pook—sa magagandang pampang ng mga ilog, sa mga bangin at malapit sa mga talon, sa mga masukal na gubat sa tabi ng mga umaagos na sapa, sa mga bundok at sa loob ng kagubatan—pinipili ang mga dalisay na lugar na sagana sa prutas at ugat upang isagawa ang dharma.”
