अथ पर्यायश: सर्वान् वाहनायोपचक्रमे । पर्यायश्चाप्यगस्त्यस्य समपद्यत भारत,नहुषने बारी-बारीसे सभी ऋषियोंको अपना वाहन बनानेका उपक्रम किया था। भारत! एक दिन महर्षि अगस्त्यकी बारी आयी
atha paryāyaśaḥ sarvān vāhanāyopacakrame | paryāyaś cāpy agastyasya samapadyata bhārata ||
Wika ni Bhīṣma: Pagkaraan, ayon sa pagkakasunod-sunod, sinimulan niyang gawing sasakyan ang lahat ng rishi, isa-isa sa kanilang turno. At, O Bharata, sa pag-ikot ng mga turno, dumating din ang turno ni Agastya.
