नारद उवाच
The verse highlights how collective praise and victory-themed auspicious speech can intensify martial confidence. Ethically, it hints that social celebration may legitimize or propel conflict, so discernment is needed before equating public acclaim with righteousness.
Two figures depart on a journey—likely toward a martial objective—while Cāraṇas accompany them with eulogies and victory-omens. The departure is marked by joy and ceremonial praise.
