Transliteration

samproktaṃ rudragāyatryā āsanaṃ praṇavena vai pañcabhiḥ snapanaṃ proktaṃ rudrādyaiś ca viśeṣataḥ

Translation

Ang āsana (luklukan) ay itinakda sa pamamagitan ng Rudra-Gāyatrī, at tunay din sa pamamagitan ng Praṇava (Oṁ). Ang snapana (pagpapaligo/pagpapadalisay) ay itinuturo sa limang pormulang pampadalisay, lalo na sa mga mantra ni Rudra at iba pa.
