संक्रमे देवमीशानं दृष्ट्वा लिङ्गाकृतिं प्रभुम् मासेन यत्कृतं पापं त्यक्त्वा याति शिवं पदम्
saṃkrame devamīśānaṃ dṛṣṭvā liṅgākṛtiṃ prabhum māsena yatkṛtaṃ pāpaṃ tyaktvā yāti śivaṃ padam
Sa panahon ng Saṅkrama (paglipat ng araw sa tanda), kapag natanaw ang Panginoong Īśāna—ang Kataas-taasang Pati—na nahahayag sa anyo ng Liṅga, naihuhulog ang mga kasalanang nagawa sa loob ng isang buwan at nararating ang mapalad na tahanan ni Śiva.

It teaches that mere darśana of Śiva as the Liṅga at Saṅkrama is a powerful purifier, capable of removing a month’s accumulated pāpa and orienting the devotee toward Śiva-pada (the Lord’s state/abode).
Śiva is presented as Īśāna and Prabhu—the sovereign Pati—who graciously becomes accessible through the Liṅga-form, enabling the bound pashu (soul) to loosen pāśa (bondage) through devotion and right timing.
