विष्णुरुवाच—एकाक्षर-प्रणव-लिङ्ग-व्याप्ति-शिवस्तोत्रम्
अचेतनाय चिन्त्याय चेतनायासहारिणे अरूपाय सुरूपाय अनङ्गायाङ्गहारिणे
acetanāya cintyāya cetanāyāsahāriṇe arūpāya surūpāya anaṅgāyāṅgahāriṇe
Pagpupugay kay Śiva—na lampas sa kawalang-malay, ngunit pinagninilayan maging ng walang-malay; na nag-aalis ng ahaṃkāra, ang pagkapit sa “ako,” ng may-malay. Pagpupugay sa Walang-Anyo ngunit pinagmumulan ng lahat ng marikit na anyo; sa Walang-Katawan ngunit isinasaloob sa Kanya ang lahat ng pagkakatawang-tao.
