अत्र देवो महादेवो रुद्राण्या किल विश्वकृत् / रमते ऽध्यापि भगवान् प्रमथैः परिवारितः
atra devo mahādevo rudrāṇyā kila viśvakṛt / ramate 'dhyāpi bhagavān pramathaiḥ parivāritaḥ

No specific technique is prescribed in this verse; instead it establishes a tirtha-focused contemplative frame: meditation and worship become potent when performed in a place sanctified by the Lord’s abiding presence (Śiva with Rudrāṇī, attended by gaṇas).
While Śiva is explicitly praised here, the Kurma Purana’s broader theology treats such praise as compatible with a unified Īśvara-tattva; honoring Śiva in a tirtha context aligns with the Purana’s Shaiva–Vaishnava synthesis rather than sectarian opposition.
