असावहं भो नामेति सम्यक् प्रणतिपूर्वकम् / आयुरारोग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं तन्द्रादिपरिवर्जितः
asāvahaṃ bho nāmeti samyak praṇatipūrvakam / āyurārogyasiddhyarthaṃ tandrādiparivarjitaḥ
Sa wastong pagpapatirapa, dapat bigkasin nang tama ang pormula: “Ito ako—O iginagalang—na nagngangalang ….” At upang makamtan ang mahabang buhay at kalayaan sa karamdaman, manatiling malaya sa katamaran at mga hadlang na tulad nito.
