व्रजामि नित्यं शरणं गुहेशं स्थाणुं प्रपद्ये गिरिशं पुरारिम् / शिवं प्रपद्ये हरमिन्दुमौलिं पिनाकिनं त्वां शरणं व्रजामि
vrajāmi nityaṃ śaraṇaṃ guheśaṃ sthāṇuṃ prapadye giriśaṃ purārim / śivaṃ prapadye haramindumauliṃ pinākinaṃ tvāṃ śaraṇaṃ vrajāmi
Lagi akong dumudulog bilang kanlungan kay Guheśa, Panginoon ng mga lihim; sumasandig ako kay Sthāṇu, ang Di-Nagagalaw—kay Giriśa, Panginoon ng mga bundok, kaaway ng Tatlong Lungsod. Dumudulog ako kay Śiva, kay Hara na may buwan sa tuktok ng buhok; O Pinākin, tagapagdala ng busog na Pināka—sa Iyo ako lumalapit upang magkanlong.
