जयध्वजस्तु मतिमान् देवं नारायणं हरिम् / जगाम शरणं विष्णुं दैवतं धर्मतत्परः

jayadhvajastu matimān devaṃ nārāyaṇaṃ harim / jagāma śaraṇaṃ viṣṇuṃ daivataṃ dharmatatparaḥ

Ngunit si Jayadhvaja, marunong sa paghatol at tapat sa dharma, ay lumapit upang manangan sa banal na Hari—Nārāyaṇa, Viṣṇu—at itinuring Siya lamang bilang piniling Diyos.
