एवं स्त्रिया जडीभूतो विद्वानपि मनोज्ञया । बाढमित्याह विवशो न तच्चित्रं हि योषिति ॥ २९ ॥
evaṁ striyā jaḍībhūto vidvān api manojñayā bāḍham ity āha vivaśo na tac citraṁ hi yoṣiti
Kahit na si Kaśyapa Muni ay isang matalinong iskolar, siya ay nabighani sa artipisyal na pag-uugali ni Diti, na naglagay sa kanya sa ilalim ng kanyang kontrol. Kaya tiniyak niya sa kanyang asawa na tutuparin niya ang kanyang mga nais. Ang ganitong pangako ng isang asawa ay hindi kataka-taka.
