Transliteration

śrī-śuka uvāca ataḥ paraṁ plakṣādīnāṁ pramāṇa-lakṣaṇa-saṁsthānato varṣa-vibhāga upavarṇyate.

Translation

Sinabi ni Śrī Śukadeva Gosvāmī: Mula ngayon, ilalarawan ko ang sukat, katangian, at anyo, at ang paghahati ng mga varṣa ng anim na pulo na nagsisimula sa Plakṣa.
