इत्युक्तस्तन्मतं ज्ञात्वा गत: स वरुणान्तिकम् । आनीय दत्त्वा तानश्वानुपयेमे वराननाम् ॥ ७ ॥
ity uktas tan-mataṁ jñātvā gataḥ sa varuṇāntikam ānīya dattvā tān aśvān upayeme varānanām
Nang hingin ni Haring Gādhi ang kahilingang ito, naunawaan ng dakilang rishi na si Ṛcīka ang nasa isip ng hari. Kaya nagtungo siya kay Varuṇa at dinala ang isang libong kabayong hinihingi. Pagkaloob ng mga kabayo, pinakasalan niya ang magandang anak na babae ng hari.
