Bhāgavata-Māhātmya and the Complete Summary of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam
This verse notes that Lord Hari brought the celestial Pārijāta tree and the Sudharmā assembly hall from the devas’ abode, highlighting His supreme position over heavenly opulences.
The verse summarizes Kṛṣṇa’s heroic marriage to Rukmiṇī: He subdued hostile opponents in battle and took her, protecting His devotee from being forced into an unwanted match.
It teaches that worldly and even heavenly treasures are secondary to devotion, and that the Lord powerfully protects sincere devotees who take shelter of Him.
