Garga Muni Names Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma; the Butter-Thief Pastimes; Yaśodā Sees the Universe in Kṛṣṇa’s Mouth
Because the brāhmaṇa (Garga Muni) performed the rite in a hidden, private manner—implying caution and confidentiality—while still completing the sacred saṁskāra for the two boys.
The brāhmaṇa is Garga Muni, the family priest who conducted the nāmakaraṇa (name-giving) ceremony for the two boys.
