Kṛṣṇa Arrives at Kuṇḍina and Abducts Rukmiṇī
Rukmiṇī-haraṇa Prelude
This verse shows Kṛṣṇa immediately acting on the devotee’s request—He seats the brāhmaṇa messenger and swiftly travels from Ānarta to Vidarbha, indicating His prompt protection and care for surrendered souls.
The brāhmaṇa carried Rukmiṇī’s confidential message; by honoring him and bringing him along, Kṛṣṇa both protected the messenger and affirmed the sanctity of the devotee’s service in the unfolding marriage pastime.
A devotee can learn faith in divine reciprocation: sincere devotion and proper dharmic outreach (through a pure messenger) invites swift grace, while one should act decisively when duty and devotion call.
