kurvatyaḥ kusumāsāraṁ tasmin mandara-sānuni nadatsv amara-tūryeṣu gṛṇanti sma parasparam

Translation

Noong sandaling iyon, ang mga deva ay nasa tuktok ng Bundok Mandara at umuugong ang mga tugtuging makalangit. Ang kanilang mga asawa ay nagpaulan ng mga bulaklak sa punerarya at nag-usap-usap nang ganito.
