priyavratottānapādau manu-putrau mahaujasau tat-putra-pautra-naptṝṇām anuvṛttaṁ tad-antaram

Translation

Ang dalawang anak ni Svāyambhuva Manu—sina Priyavrata at Uttānapāda—ay naging napakamakapangyarihang mga hari. Sa panahong iyon, ang kanilang mga anak, apo, at apo-sa-tuhod ay kumalat sa tatlong daigdig.
