तस्मिन् प्रसूनस्तबकपलाशाशोककानने । वार्भि: स्रवद्भिरुद्घुष्टेनिर्विन्ध्याया: समन्तत: ॥ १८ ॥
tasmin prasūna-stabaka- palāśāśoka-kānane vārbhiḥ sravadbhir udghuṣṭe nirvindhyāyāḥ samantataḥ
Sa lambak na iyon ay may gubat na hitik sa mga kumpol ng bulaklak na palāśa at mga punong aśoka. Doon ay dumadaloy ang ilog na Nirvindhyā, at ang matamis na tunog ng tubig na bumubuhos mula sa talon ay umaalingawngaw sa paligid. Dumating ang mag-asawa sa marikit na pampang na iyon.
