निशम्य तद्वधं भ्राता हिरण्यकशिपु: पुरा । हन्तुं भ्रातृहणं क्रुद्धो जगाम निलयं हरे: ॥ ७ ॥
niśamya tad-vadhaṁ bhrātā hiraṇyakaśipuḥ purā hantuṁ bhrātṛ-haṇaṁ kruddho jagāma nilayaṁ hareḥ
Nang marinig ni Hiraṇyakaśipu ang balita ng pagkamatay ng kanyang kapatid, nag-alab ang galit niya at nagtungo sa tahanan ni Panginoong Viṣṇu, ang pumatay sa kapatid, upang Siya’y patayin.
