योऽसौ भगवता बद्ध: प्रीतेन सुतले पुन: । निवेशितोऽधिके स्वर्गादधुनास्ते स्वराडिव ॥ १४ ॥
yo ’sau bhagavatā baddhaḥ prītena sutale punaḥ niveśito ’dhike svargād adhunāste sva-rāḍ iva
Si Bali na iginapos ng Panginoon nang may pag-ibig ay muling iniluklok sa Sutala, na higit pang maringal kaysa langit. Ngayon si Bali Mahārāja ay nananahan doon na parang malayang hari, at mas panatag pa kaysa kay Indra.
