The Future Manus and the Avatāras in Their Manvantaras
सावर्णिस्तपती कन्या भार्या संवरणस्य या । शनैश्चरस्तृतीयोऽभूदश्विनौ वडवात्मजौ ॥ १० ॥
sāvarṇis tapatī kanyā bhāryā saṁvaraṇasya yā śanaiścaras tṛtīyo ’bhūd aśvinau vaḍavātmajau
Si Chāyā ay nagkaroon ng anak na lalaking si Sāvarṇi at anak na babaeng si Tapatī, na kalaunan ay naging asawa ni Haring Saṁvaraṇa. Ang ikatlong anak ni Chāyā ay si Śanaiścara (Śani). Si Vaḍavā naman ay nagsilang ng dalawang anak na lalaki, ang magkapatid na Aśvinī-kumāra.
