पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

Sa pagtatapon ng alikabok/basura sa kalsada, ang multa ay 1/8 (ng pamantayang yunit ng parusa); sa pagharang sa daloy ng putik at tubig, ang multa ay 1/4.
