काले तीर्थे चानिषृष्टतारिणः पादोनसप्तविंशतिपणस्तरात्ययः ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१६ ॥

Transliteration

kāle tīrthe cāniṣṛṣṭatāriṇaḥ pādonasaptaviṃśatipaṇas tarātyayaḥ

Translation

Kung sa tamang oras at sa awtorisadong tawiran ay hindi pinahihintulutan ng bangkero ang pagtawid, ang parusa sa paghadlang sa pagtawid ay dalawampu’t anim at isang-kapat na paṇa.
