बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

Dapat magtatag ng mga tawiran na hinaharangan/kinokontrol upang hadlangan ang mga kumikilos laban sa hari, sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahirap at pagpapangamba sa iligal na pagtawid.
