Transliteration

prabhāvamantrayoḥ prabhāvaḥ śreyān

Translation

Sa pagitan ng mabisang kapangyarihan (prabhāva) at payo/estratehiya (mantra), mas nakahihigit ang mabisang kapangyarihan.
