हृद्रोगिणो विरेच्यास्तु पिप्पल्यो हिक्किनां हिताः तक्रावलालसिन्धूनि मुक्तानि शिशिराम्भसा
hṛdrogiṇo virecyāstu pippalyo hikkināṃ hitāḥ takrāvalālasindhūni muktāni śiśirāmbhasā
Ang may sakit sa puso ay dapat gamutin sa pamamagitan ng virecana (pagpapalabas/purgation). Ang pippalī (mahabang paminta) ay kapaki-pakinabang sa may sinok. Ang buttermilk, āvalāla (maasim na lugaw), at asin-bato ay dapat inumin matapos tunawin o timplahin sa malamig na tubig.
