Agni Purana, Chapter 259: Yajur-vidhāna
इमं जीवेभ्य द्रति च शिलां लोष्ट्रञ्चतुर्दिशं क्षिपेद्गृहे तदा तस्य न स्याच्चौरभयं निशि
imaṃ jīvebhya drati ca śilāṃ loṣṭrañcaturdiśaṃ kṣipedgṛhe tadā tasya na syāccaurabhayaṃ niśi
Matapos ihagis ang (pananggalang na bagay/pagsasagawa) na ito para sa mga nilalang na may buhay, at ihagis din ang isang bato at isang tipak ng lupa sa apat na direksiyon sa loob ng bahay, kung gayon ang taong iyon ay hindi magkakaroon ng takot sa magnanakaw sa gabi.
