Transliteration

prāvartata mahāyuddhaṃ pramathāsurayoratha tato 'maragaṇaśreṣṭho viṣṇuścakragadādharaḥ

Translation

แล้วมหาสงครามก็อุบัติขึ้นระหว่างพวกปรมถะกับพวกอสูร ครั้นแล้วพระวิษณุ ผู้ประเสริฐยิ่งในหมู่ทวยอมตะ ผู้ทรงจักรและคทา ก็เสด็จเข้าสู่สนามรบ.
