तद्विप्रासो विपन्यवो जागृवांसः समिन्धते । विष्णोर्यत्परमं पदम् । इत्येतन्निर्वाणानुशासनमिति वेदानुशासनमिति वेदानुशासनमित्युपनिषत् ॥१५॥

तत् । विप्रासः । विपन्यवः । जागृवांसः । सम्-इन्धते । विष्णोः । यत् । परम् । पदम् । इति । एतत् । निर्वाण-अनुशासनम् इति । वेद-अनुशासनम् इति । वेद-अनुशासनम् इति । उपनिषत् ॥१५॥

tad viprāso vipanyavo jāgṛvāṃsaḥ samindhate | viṣṇor yat paramaṃ padam | ity etan nirvāṇānuśāsanam iti vedānuśāsanam iti vedānuśāsanam ity upaniṣat ||15||

ต่อ “ปรมปท” นั้น เหล่าวิประ—กวีผู้ได้รับแรงดลใจ ผู้ควรแก่การสรรเสริญ และผู้ตื่นรู้—ย่อมจุดประกาย (ไฟภายใน) มุ่งไปสู่มัน: อันเป็นปรมปทของพระวิษณุ. ดังนี้คือคำสอนว่าด้วยนิรวาณะ; ดังนี้คือคำสอนแห่งพระเวท; ดังนี้คือคำสอนแห่งพระเวท—นี่แลคืออุปนิษัท.

That (highest station)—the inspired poets, the praiseworthy, the wakeful—kindle (toward it): that which is Viṣṇu’s supreme station. Thus (ends) this instruction concerning nirvāṇa; thus (ends) the instruction of the Veda; thus (ends) the instruction of the Veda—(so says) the Upaniṣad.
