फणसाहस्रमणिभिर्दग्धाः शेषस्य सुव्रत । तस्मादेतन्महातीर्थं सरयूतीरगं शुभम् । ख्यातं सहस्रधारेति भविष्यति न संशयः

Transliteration

phaṇasāhasramaṇibhirdagdhāḥ śeṣasya suvrata | tasmādetanmahātīrthaṃ sarayūtīragaṃ śubham | khyātaṃ sahasradhāreti bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ

Translation

โอ้ผู้มีพรตอันประเสริฐ ณ ที่นี้แก้วมณีแห่งพังพานนับพันของพระเศษะถูกแผดเผา; เพราะเหตุนั้น มหาตีรถะอันเป็นมงคล ณ ฝั่งแม่น้ำสรยูนี้ จักเลื่องลือแน่นอนว่า “สหัสรธารา” คือผู้มีธารานับพัน มิให้สงสัย
