चंद्रावयवसंयुक्तं जटाजूटकपालिनम् । एकीभावं प्रपन्नोहं यथा पूर्वं तथाऽधुना । न मां गौरी प्रपश्येत प्रपश्यामि तथैव च

caṃdrāvayavasaṃyuktaṃ jaṭājūṭakapālinam | ekībhāvaṃ prapannohaṃ yathā pūrvaṃ tathā'dhunā | na māṃ gaurī prapaśyeta prapaśyāmi tathaiva ca

ข้าพเจ้าเห็นรูปนั้นประดับด้วยเสี้ยวจันทร์ มีมวยผมชฎา และถือกะโหลกเป็นภาชนะ ข้าพเจ้าได้พึ่งพาในความเป็นหนึ่งนี้—ดังแต่ก่อน ฉันใด บัดนี้ก็ฉันนั้น ขอให้พระคุรีมิได้ทอดพระเนตรข้าพเจ้า; และข้าพเจ้าก็จักทอดมองพระนางเช่นเดิม
