ฉะนั้นจงอัญเชิญอุเปนทระมา แล้วเหล่าเทพผู้ประเสริฐจงปรึกษากันเถิด เพราะโลกทั้งปวง—ไตรโลกพร้อมสรรพสิ่งที่เคลื่อนไหวและไม่เคลื่อนไหว—ล้วนขึ้นอยู่กับพระองค์
