उपलभ्य सुदारुणामिमामपि पीडामवितास्म्यहं तदा । यदिदं विधुनोति कल्मषं खलु तन्मां समुपेत्य लक्षवृद्धिम्

upalabhya sudāruṇāmimāmapi pīḍāmavitāsmyahaṃ tadā | yadidaṃ vidhunoti kalmaṣaṃ khalu tanmāṃ samupetya lakṣavṛddhim

แม้ได้ประสบความทุกข์อันน่าสะพรึงนี้ ข้าก็จักดำรงอยู่ต่อไป; เพราะสิ่งนี้แลย่อมสั่นสะเทือนและชำระมลทินบาป—ฉะนั้นขอให้มันมาถึงข้า และเพิ่มพูนบุญกุศลของข้าให้ทวีขึ้นแสนเท่า
