ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำนั้น เหล่าเทวะทั้งปวงพร้อมด้วยอินทราได้กล่าวตอบ โดยยกกุมารไว้เบื้องหน้า และนารทมหาฤๅษีผู้ประเสริฐสุดในหมู่นักบวชไว้ด้วย
