तथेति मत्वा भगवान्स नारदो ययौ सुराञ्छक्रपुरोगमांश्च । आचष्ट सर्वं ह्यसुरेन्द्रभाषितं सहोपहासं मतिमांस्तथैव

tatheti matvā bhagavānsa nārado yayau surāñchakrapurogamāṃśca | ācaṣṭa sarvaṃ hyasurendrabhāṣitaṃ sahopahāsaṃ matimāṃstathaiva

ครั้นคิดว่า “ตถาสตุ—เป็นดังนั้นเถิด” พระนารทผู้เป็นภควานจึงไปยังเหล่าเทวะที่มีศักระ (อินทรา) นำหน้า แล้วฤๅษีผู้ทรงปัญญาก็กราบทูลถ้อยคำทั้งสิ้นที่เจ้าแห่งอสูรกล่าวไว้—พร้อมคำเยาะเย้ย—ตามจริงทุกประการ
