नारद उवाच । पुरा देवैः कृतो यत्नो वधार्थं नात्र संशयः । तवैव चासुरश्रेष्ठ मयोक्तं नान्यथा भवेत्
nārada uvāca | purā devaiḥ kṛto yatno vadhārthaṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ | tavaiva cāsuraśreṣṭha mayoktaṃ nānyathā bhavet
นารทกล่าวว่า: “กาลก่อนเหล่าเทพได้เพียรพยายามเพื่อฆ่าเจ้าจริง—หาใช่ข้อสงสัยไม่ และโอ้ยอดแห่งอสูร คำที่เรากล่าวแก่เจ้านั้นเป็นความจริงเกี่ยวกับเจ้าเอง จะไม่เป็นอย่างอื่นเลย”
