रुद्र उवाच । वारयस्व प्रमत्तांश्च क्षीबांश्चैव विशेषतः । तेनोक्तो वीरभद्रश्च शंभुना परमेष्ठिना
rudra uvāca | vārayasva pramattāṃśca kṣībāṃścaiva viśeṣataḥ | tenokto vīrabhadraśca śaṃbhunā parameṣṭhinā
พระรุทระตรัสว่า “จงห้ามผู้คะนอง และโดยเฉพาะผู้มึนเมา” ครั้นพระศัมภูผู้เป็นปรเมศวรมีพระบัญชาเช่นนี้ พระวีรภัทรก็ปฏิบัติตาม
