बृहस्पतिरुवाच । कार्तिके मासि संप्राप्ते मंदवारे त्रयोदशी । संपूर्तिस्तु भवेत्तत्र संपूर्णव्रतसिद्धये
bṛhaspatiruvāca | kārtike māsi saṃprāpte maṃdavāre trayodaśī | saṃpūrtistu bhavettatra saṃpūrṇavratasiddhaye
พระพฤหัสบดีตรัสว่า: “ครั้นเดือนการ์ติกะมาถึง และวันตรโยทศีตรงกับวันเสาร์ เมื่อนั้นย่อมเป็นความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ เพื่อให้วรตสำเร็จบริบูรณ์”
